Welcome to InterviewCrackingNinja ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, applications and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans (Selected Mode at ₹299/month and DreamJob Mode at ₹999/month) are billed in advance through Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Services.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or third-party confidential content.
  • Reports generated for you are for personal use only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code and AI outputs (excluding your own uploaded content) are owned by InterviewCrackingNinja or its licensors.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, outputs may contain errors. Use them as guidance, not professional career, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee any job offer, selection or salary outcome.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewCrackingNinja is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
