Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for InterviewCrackingNinja subscriptions.

1. Free Plan

Our Free Analysis plan lets you evaluate the product at no cost — we strongly recommend trying it before upgrading.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • Selected Mode (₹299/month) and DreamJob Mode (₹999/month) are digital subscription services delivered instantly upon payment.
  • Because reports and AI-generated content are delivered immediately and consumed on use, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated.

3. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same billing cycle.
  • You experienced a verified technical failure that prevented you from generating any report during a paid billing cycle, and our team could not resolve it.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of the original payment AND have not generated a premium report.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email supportinterviewcn@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email, payment ID and a brief reason. We respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing cycle.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.
